Could you please give a girl some advice or point me in the right direction to start a blog?

Hi Heather, My daughter Emily started a blog when her Husband deployed to Iraq. She thought it would discipline her to record her family life for him and as a bonus distant family and friends would be able feel closer to her family. She used the site, Wordpress to get her blog going and she has kept if up for seven years and we all love it.
As far as video, I am so wishing I was better at it, but a Youtube channel is an easy way to begin a video presence. To be totally honest, I sought out the help from people who are experts and they helped me setup my website and Youtube.
